LG Energy Solution (LGES) is one of the world's largest manufacturers of lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles, mobility, IT applications, and energy storage systems. Spun off from LG Chem in 2020 and listed on the Korea Exchange in 2022, LGES operates battery plants in South Korea, China, US, Poland, Indonesia, and Canada.
