The problem we set out to solve

Professional teams working across markets face a persistent challenge: the information they need to make good decisions is scattered, multilingual, and buried under noise.

Company signals — leadership changes, product launches, regulatory filings, partnership announcements, strategic pivots — are published across dozens of sources, in multiple languages, with no consistent structure. For teams in communications, investor relations, strategy, and business development, staying on top of these developments is not optional. It is core to their work.

Yet the tools available to most professionals were not designed for this. General news aggregators prioritize volume over relevance. Translation tools lose context. Social media monitoring captures sentiment but misses substance. And manual tracking across company newsrooms, wire services, and exchange filings simply does not scale.

What we believe

We built Sigvera around a simple belief: professionals do not need more information. They need signals that are filtered, structured, contextual, and useful for judgment and action.

That means:

  • Source quality matters. We prioritize official company sources — newsrooms, investor relations pages, regulatory filings — over secondary commentary.
  • Language should not be a barrier. A product launch announced in Japanese or a regulatory filing published in Korean should be as accessible as an English-language press release.
  • Structure enables action. Raw information is only useful when it is categorized, tagged, and connected to the companies and industries that matter to a given team.
  • Context drives decisions. A signal without context is just data. We aim to provide the surrounding information that helps professionals assess what matters and why.

Who we built this for

Sigvera is built for professional teams who track company and market developments as part of their daily workflow:

  • Communications and PR teams monitoring client and competitor activity across markets
  • Investor relations professionals tracking peer company disclosures and market signals
  • Strategy and corporate development teams identifying partnership, expansion, and competitive signals
  • Business development professionals tracking potential clients, partners, and market entrants
  • Research and intelligence teams building structured views of company activity across regions

These teams share a common need: timely, relevant, structured intelligence that supports real decision-making.

Why now

The volume of company information published daily continues to grow. AI tools have made it easier to generate and distribute content, but they have not solved the fundamental problem of relevance and quality. If anything, the signal-to-noise ratio has worsened.

At the same time, business teams are increasingly expected to operate across markets and languages. A communications team in Singapore may need to track developments in Tokyo, Seoul, and Shanghai simultaneously. A strategy team in Hong Kong may need to monitor regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions.

Sigvera exists because we believe there is a better way to serve these professionals — one that combines rigorous source architecture, multilingual coverage, and structured intelligence in a single platform.

We are building that platform, and we are committed to making it genuinely useful.
