Chinese automotive AI chip company Horizon Robotics has expanded its partnership with Volkswagen Group to develop next-generation advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) chips for the Chinese market. The Journey 6 chip, built on a 5nm process, will power Level 2+ to Level 4 autonomous driving features in Volkswagen's China-specific models starting in 2027.
