Amazon has launched its AI-powered healthcare assistant, Health AI, on its website and mobile app, extending access beyond One Medical members. While general health queries are available to all, personalized services require user permission to access health information through the Health Information Exchange. Prime members receive five free consultations with One Medical providers for common conditions. The move follows similar healthcare AI launches by OpenAI and Anthropic.
