This strategic restructuring aims to sharpen business focus and enhance operational efficiency for each segment. The Commercial Vehicles business is now part of Tata Motors Ltd. (formerly TML Commercial Vehicles Limited), while the Passenger Vehicles business is consolidated within the parent entity.
