Within 14 Days of First Purchase: If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
After 14 Days: Refunds are generally not available after the initial 14-day period. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors.
Annual Plans: For annual subscriptions, the 14-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
