1. Subscription Plans and Billing

Sigvera offers the following subscription tiers: Free: Access to basic signal browsing and limited features at no cost. Pro: Full access to signal intelligence, daily briefings, watchlists, and advanced features, billed monthly or annually. Team: Multi-seat access with API, custom briefings, and priority support, billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location, as determined by Paddle. Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period. For annual plans, the full annual amount is charged upfront.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, tax calculation, and receipt generation. Your payment information is collected and stored by Paddle, not by Sigvera directly. Paddle supports major credit cards, PayPal, and other regional payment methods. 3. Automatic Renewal

All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at the time of renewal. We will send a reminder notification before each renewal. You can view your next billing date and manage your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done through: • Your account settings on the Sigvera platform. • Contacting our support team at [email protected]. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until that date. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Sigvera. Our refund policy is as follows: Within 14 Days of First Purchase: If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only. After 14 Days: Refunds are generally not available after the initial 14-day period. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors. Annual Plans: For annual subscriptions, the 14-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion for exceptional circumstances. 6. Price Changes

Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods, not the current one. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails at the time of renewal, we will attempt to process the payment again over the following days. During this period, your access to paid features may be temporarily maintained. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free tier. We will notify you by email of any payment issues.

8. Founding Member Pricing

From time to time, Sigvera may offer promotional or founding member pricing. Founding member rates are locked in for the duration specified at the time of purchase. After the promotional period ends, standard pricing will apply. We will notify you in advance of any transition from promotional to standard pricing.
